1. Who we are

Purple Personality ("Purple Personality", the "Service", "we", "us") is operated by AXOL VENTURES LLC, a company organized in the United States. You can reach us any time at support@purplepersonality.com.

2. What Purple Personality is

Purple Personality turns your exact birth moment into a written reading based on Purple Star Astrology (Zi Wei Dou Shu). It produces a portrait of your life across twelve areas, a look at the year ahead, and — once unlocked — a deep personal reading built from the answers you give us. Readings are generated with the help of artificial intelligence.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use Purple Personality. During our early-access period, the Service may also require an invitation or access code. You agree to use the Service only for yourself and for people who have given you their details willingly.

4. Your account

You sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for everything that happens under it. Please give us accurate birth details — the reading is only as precise as the moment you provide.

5. The reading — accuracy and outcomes

Astrology is interpretive, and AI-generated text can contain mistakes. We make no promise that a reading is accurate, complete, or that anything it describes will come to pass. Readings describe tendencies and timing, not certainties. What you do with a reading is entirely your choice and your responsibility.

6. Free and paid features

Creating your chart and your first reading is free. For a one-time payment you can unlock the full reading — the rest of your life chapters, the full year month by month, your strongest windows, and the deep personal reading ("Your Life" and "Your Year"). This full reading is a one-off purchase: it is yours for life, there is nothing to cancel, and nothing about it renews.

The full reading also includes Your Purple Pal free for your first four weeks — a weekly forecast, a monthly check-in, and the ability to ask your chart about a decision. After those four weeks, Your Purple Pal is an optional monthly subscription(see "Your Purple Pal subscription" below). It is entirely separate from the one-time unlock: if you choose not to subscribe, your full reading remains yours — only the Purple Pal features pause.

7. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. The price is shown at checkout (currently US$9.90 for the one-time full unlock). We never see or store your full card details. Taxes may apply depending on where you are.

Your Purple Pal subscription

If you choose to keep Your Purple Pal after the included four weeks, it is a recurring subscription of US$3.99 per month, billed through Stripe. No payment card is taken when you buy the one-time reading — you only enter payment details if and when you actively choose to subscribe.

The subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel any timefrom your Purple Pal page, which opens the Stripe customer portal. When you cancel, your Purple Pal stays active through the end of the month you have already paid for, and then the Purple Pal features (weekly forecast, monthly check-in, and asking your chart) stop. We do not refund the current month's payment, but you are never charged again after you cancel.

Cancelling Your Purple Pal does not affect your one-time full reading, which remains yours, nor does it delete your account or data — those are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Immediate access and your EU/UK right of withdrawal

Your unlocked reading is digital content delivered to you immediately after payment. When you buy, you expressly ask us to begin providing it right away and you acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose any statutory "cooling-off" / right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content (for example the 14-day right under EU and UK consumer law). You confirm this with a checkbox at checkout.

This does not take away your legal rights where they cannot be waived, and it is separate from our own voluntary refund promise below — which is more generous than the law requires.

9. Refunds

We offer a 30-day, full-refund, no-questions-asked guarantee. The details are in our Refund Policy.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or your readings;
• scrape, copy, or harvest the Service, or try to access it by automated means;
• reverse-engineer, probe, or interfere with the Service or its security;
• submit other people's personal details without their knowledge and consent;
• use the Service unlawfully or to harm, harass, or mislead anyone.

11. Intellectual property

The Service — its software, design, text, and the Purple Personality name and logo — belongs to AXOL VENTURES LLC and is protected by law. The reading we generate for you is yours to keep and use for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

12. The information you give us

You keep ownership of the birth details and answers you provide. By submitting them you confirm you're allowed to share them, and you give us permission to process them — including sending them to our AI provider — solely to create and store your reading. How we handle this is set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent the law allows, AXOL VENTURES LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Suspension and termination

You can delete your chart and account at any time from your account menu. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the Service or other people. If you delete your account, paid access ends with it.

15. Changes

We may update the Service and these terms. If we make a material change we'll update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which AXOL VENTURES LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
