Our 30-day guarantee
How to request a refund
Just email support@purplepersonality.com from the address on your account, or with your order details, and ask for a refund. You don't need to explain why — though if you tell us what fell short, it genuinely helps us make the reading better.
How you get your money back
We process refunds through Stripe to your original payment method. Once we action it, your bank typically takes a few business days to show the money back.
After 30 days
The guarantee covers your first 30 days. After that we'll still look at genuine problems case by case and try to do right by you — just get in touch.
Your Purple Pal subscription
The 30-day guarantee above applies to the one-time $9.90 reading. Your Purple Purple Pal is a separate, optional $3.99/monthsubscription you can start after your included four weeks. It's cancel-anytime: cancel from your Purple Pal page and you keep your Purple Pal through the month you've already paid for, with no further charges. We don't refund the current month of a subscription, but you'll never be billed again once you cancel. If something genuinely went wrong with a charge, email us — we'll make it right.
A note on instant digital content
Your reading is delivered immediately after payment, and at checkout you ask for that immediate access and waive the statutory cooling-off period that applies to digital content (see our Terms of Service). This 30-day refund promise is something we offer voluntarily on top of your legal rights — it's more generous than the law requires.
